Aqua Fit!
Drop-in aqua jog class in designated deep end pool space. Drop-in fitness classes are included in the admission fees or with a City of Lethbridge Fun Pass and are first come, first served. Check with the pool for more specific information.
Helpful Tips for Indoor Swimming
- Dress appropriate for this family-friendly indoor event.
- Life Jackets and pool flotations available.
- Personal use aids such as diving toys, boogie boards, goggles or flippers are welcome.
- Parent Supervision Required (Children under 8 must be in arms reach of their guardian.)
- Water Fountains & Water Bottle Re-fill available on site.
